EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM

Randall Goss is the founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of U.S . Risk Insurance Group, Inc., a diversified insurance and financial services firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Established by Mr. Goss in 1986 with a single office and a single product line, the company currently has thirteen offices both nationally and internationally. U.S. Risk is currently comprised of several companies which handle insurance underwriting, insurance brokerage, risk management, claims administration and management, and reinsurance brokerage. U.S. Risk is now the nation's second largest independent company of its type in the insurance industry. Prior to founding the Company in 1986, Mr. Goss began his career as a certified public accountant for Ernst & Ernst (now Ernst & Young) where he co-authored the book "Accounting and Auditing of Financial Institutions."

Mac Wesson is President and Chief Operating officer of U.S. Risk Insurance Group, Inc. He is responsible for the administrative and operating oversight of all areas of U.S. Risk and its subsidiary companies. He is also involved in the company's business development activities, taking an active role in client and carrier relationships. Mr. Wesson is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1973. He began his insurance career as a producer for a local agency in Dallas, after which he joined a national insurance brokerage firm in 1980 as a public entity risk management specialist. He has been with U.S. Risk since 1988 and in his current position since 1993. Mr. Wesson has served on several industry related boards, including NAPSLO, where he served from 2000-2007 and was elected President in 2005, and AAMGA where he is currently serving as a regional director.

Monte Stringer is Executive Vice President of U.S. Risk Insurance Group, Inc. He has management responsibility for the company's wholesale brokerage and contract underwriting divisions, U.S. Risk Brokers and U.S. Risk Underwriters. Mr. Stringer is a 1974 graduate of the University of North Texas with a degree in Business Management. Prior to joining U.S. Risk in 1996 he spent 22 years with two national insurance carriers in Texas and Louisiana with management oversight in HR, Personal Lines, Marketing and Finance. Mr. Stringer serves on several insurance boards and committees and is the former President of the Texas Surplus Lines Association.

Richard Schwartz is General Counsel of U.S. Risk Insurance Group Inc. and joined U.S. Risk Insurance Group in 1997 as General Manager of Professional Claims Managers, Inc.; a wholly owned subsidiary of U.S. Risk Insurance Group, Inc. He speaks regularly on insurance related topics including insurance market trends, professional liability exposures and loss prevention. Before coming to U.S. Risk Mr. Schwartz worked in two different law offices serving in the litigation department and on an In-House Errors and Omissions Counsel. Mr. Schwartz received his B.A. in 1984 from the University of Maryland and went on to earn his J.D. in 1988 at the University Of Baltimore School Of Law.

  Ian Packer is Chief Financial Officer of U.S. Risk Insurance Group, Inc. In his role as Chief Financial Officer Mr. Packer is responsible for the financial operations of all the companies within the U.S. Risk, including acquisitions, banking and finance. Previously, Mr. Packer was the principal and co-founder of Tobat Capital, a venture capital firm based in Dallas, TX. Mr. Packer also served as Chief Financial Officer for E. W. Blanch and brings to U.S. Risk an extensive knowledge of reinsurance and insurance finance as well as capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.
